Terms and Conditions
General
Please note the terms and conditions for Auction 1 are
set out below for your information. Closer to Auction 2 these
will be reconfirmed or amended, as required, and will be available
when the catalogue is published.
Bidding is by numbers only. Please register at the office
or reception.
The highest bidder will be the purchaser and in any case of
a dispute, the auctioneer may reoffer that lot. The Auctioneer's
decision will be final.
The Auctioneer has the right to refuse any bid or bidder and
may place a reserve, on any lot, at any time, before or during
the auction and at his or her discretion may withdraw any
lot.
All accounts must be finalised on the day of sale.
The pre-sale estimates are only a guide for the buyer. Please
do not be mislead, estimates are not reserves in this auction.
Absentee bids will be accepted up until 1 hour prior to the
sale (11am; 5 June). We will endeavour to ensure all absentee
bids are lodged with the Auctioneer or the bidding service.
We will not accept liability for any errors.
In the event of identical bids, the first bid will take precedence.
Buy bids will not be accepted. No item will be sold before
auction.
Generally action figures are offered carded in good to very
good condition. Details of condition are noted for some items
in the Auction Catalogue, however, in all cases, buyers are
responsible for determining the condition of the item or items
that they are intending to buy and under no circumstance shall
Auction Central or Auction Figures staff or management be
held accountable for their opinions or advice given to clients.
The staff or management will not be held responsible for any
defect, imperfections, restorations of any kind, on any lot
offered for sale.
The buyer will accept and acknowledge all terms and conditions
of this auction company.
Buying in person
Cash, bank cheque, direct transfer, credit card/eftpos accepted.
Buyer premium is 13.5% (inc.GST) on the hammer price. Paying
by debit/credit card will attract an additional 1.5%.
Absentee bidding
Cash, bank cheque, direct transfer, credit card/eftpos accepted.
Buyer premium is 13.5% (inc.GST) on the hammer price. Paying
by debit/credit card will attract an additional 1.5%.
Absentee bidders will need to register their details with
Auction Figures (ph 0414 722 647) or Auction Central (ph 03
9555 7255). Credit card details or deposit will be requested
to secure your bid. Should the item be auctioned uncontested
on the day the absentee bid will win the auction at the reserve
price. Buyer is responsible for the buyer premium (13.5%),
credit card fee, if applicable, (1.5%) and any delivery costs.
